If you're an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking for quality estate agency leads, uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression, this represents one of the strongest opportunities currently available in Essex.

Working within a busy, high-performing estate agency branch, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of qualified appointments, an established remortgage client database and a whole-of-market proposition, allowing you to maximise both customer outcomes and your earnings.

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a busy mortgage desk within an established estate agency where you'll receive 8-10 qualified mortgage appointments every week from a successful in-house sales team.

You'll advise clients across:

• Residential Mortgages
• Remortgages
• Buy-to-Let Mortgages
• First-Time Buyer Mortgages
• Protection Products including Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover

The Basildon property market continues to perform exceptionally well, with average property values around £350,000 and many homes exceeding £700,000, creating excellent case values and outstanding commission opportunities.

Alongside new business, you'll also have access to an existing client database, providing ongoing remortgage, product transfer and protection opportunities.

As a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker, you'll:

• Provide expert whole-of-market mortgage advice.
• Recommend suitable protection products.
• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and clients.
• Maximise mortgage, remortgage and protection opportunities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure all advice is fully FCA compliant.
• Build a sustainable pipeline through repeat business and referrals.

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first approach
• Strong organisational and pipeline management skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Clean credit history
