The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor looking to further their career within a well-established and growing disputes team.

You'll manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on a variety of property litigation matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Lease renewals and lease interpretation
  • Dilapidations claims
  • Possession proceedings
  • Easements, rights of way and boundary disputes
  • Restrictive covenant disputes
  • Trespass and nuisance claims
  • Residential landlord and tenant matters
  • Property-related contract disputes
  • Development and real estate litigation

You'll advise a broad range of clients, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, businesses and private individuals, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.

About You

You'll be:

  • A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
  • Commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development
  • Looking to join a collaborative and supportive team where your career can continue to develop
