A well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its busy London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal with previous property or real estate finance experience to support an experienced Partner while developing a long-term career within a highly regarded finance team.

The Role
As the Real Estate Finance Paralegal you will support a Partner on a varied caseload of property finance transactions.
The role will include:
Assisting with real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Conducting legal research and due diligence
Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties
Preparing completion documents and managing transaction files
Monitoring key deadlines and maintaining case management systems
Providing administrative and legal support throughout transactions
The Real Estate Finance Paralegal?
You will be an organised and proactive individual with a genuine interest in property finance.
The Real Estate Finance Paralegal must have:
Previous paralegal experience, ideally within Real Estate Finance or Property Law
Appropriate legal qualifications
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Positive, flexible and team-focused approach
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
