About You We're looking for a compassionate, resilient, and motivated leader who is committed to making a lasting difference to children's lives. Essential Criteria Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into registration. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards completion where appropriate). Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and safeguarding legislation. Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), complex needs, or trauma. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
