No two days are quite the same. You'll be juggling multiple priorities, responding to changing schedules and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything moving. You might currently work in customer service, scheduling, service coordination, telecoms, engineering support, housing, utilities or another fast-paced environment where organisation and communication are key. What's more important is your attitude. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, stays calm under pressure and can keep multiple tasks moving at once. You'll also be comfortable using different IT systems and be confident picking up new technology as you learn the role.
