The Role

As Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of residential developments from pre-construction through to completion. You ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects remain organised, compliant, and on schedule.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules, documentation, and site communications
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management teams
• Supporting the delivery of residential housing developments
• Managing reports, systems, and project administration
• Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Assisting with customer and contractor queries
• Maintaining strong communication across multiple departments

What We re Looking For

• Previous experience within the housebuilding or construction industry is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
