We're recruiting for a Graduate Account Manager to join a growing and well-established business based in Knowsley. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in sales, account management, or business development.
Unlike many entry-level sales roles, you'll be managing an existing portfolio of customers from day one - no cold calling required. You'll receive full training and support as you learn how to build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and maximise account performance.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Account Manager, you'll:
- Manage and develop relationships with an existing customer base via phone, email, and online communication
- Build long-term partnerships and become a trusted point of contact for your customers
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue by promoting additional products and services
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Proactively engage with customers to maximise account growth and retention
- Handle customer enquiries and provide outstanding service

Previous sales experience isn't essential. Experience gained through part-time jobs, retail, hospitality, customer service, university projects, or extracurricular activities will be highly valued.
