Salary / Rate of Pay: 45,000 - 50,000 + Excellent Tips + Bonus + Possible Live In

What's involved?
As Head Chef, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading a talented brigade while maintaining exceptional food standards and driving the business forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team.
- Creating and evolving seasonal menus using fresh, quality ingredients.
- Managing all kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
- Controlling food GP, stock, ordering and kitchen budgets.
- Recruiting, training and mentoring chefs.
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
- Working closely with senior management to continue developing the food offering.
