Senior Rural Solicitor (5+ PQE)

The role
- Advising landowners, farming clients and rural businesses
- Handling purchases, sales and transfers of rural property
- Assisting with agricultural holdings and leasing arrangements
- Supporting clients with business succession and future planning
- Advising on diversification and land use projects
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
About you
- 5+ years' PQE with experience in rural property, agriculture or related areas
- Comfortable managing transactions and client matters independently
- Good understanding of the challenges facing rural clients
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
