Looking after the SME partner accounts, you ll focus on keeping the clients happy and ensuring client retention. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage a portfolio of smaller billing accounts. Build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities within your Accounts • Conduct regular account reviews to understand partner needs, challenges, and commercial objectives • Lead retention calls when partners reduce activity or consider moving business • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account base • Monitor account health metrics and address issues before they escalate • Ensure partner satisfaction and act as an internal advocate for your account Skills & Competencies • 2+ years' experience in channel, B2B sales or account management • A track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships • Experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, or technology channel sales (highly desirable) • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify revenue opportunities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Confident handling difficult conversations, including retention and churn discussions The successful candidate can expect a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus the chance to earn another £30k - £40k in commission on top, along with an impressive benefits package.
