Role: Toolmaker (Die Maintenance) Location: Telford Salary: £45,219 Shift: Double Days Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain and repair existing production tooling in line with operational requirements. Identify tooling issues and implement effective corrective actions. Clean and maintain production tooling to support production schedules and on-time delivery. Ensure all tooling is safe, fully operational and production-ready following preventative maintenance procedures. Communicate any issues that may impact planned work or deadlines to the relevant supervisor. Assist with engineering changes and support the management of tooling spare parts. Prepare, set up, machine and test tooling as required. Manufacture prototype tooling, jigs and templates from a range of materials where required, including producing bills of materials and validating completed work.
