The ability to write concise and evaluative reports and oversee all written communication to enable us to sustain the required standards. To be responsible for decision making when appropriate. Oversight of all admissions and discharges to the home. An ability to innovate change and effectively lead a vision in line with the organisational ethos. Promote a broad range of fire protection and compliance solutions, including: Fire Detection & Alarm Systems Passive Fire Protection Fire Doors & Compartmentation Emergency Lighting Fire Suppression Systems Fire Risk Assessments Fire & Security Maintenance Prepare proposals, presentations and tenders. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast. Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams. Candidates background & experience A proven track record in business development within fire protection, fire & compliance, M&E, building services or facilities management. Strong commercial and relationship-building skills. Experience selling consultative service solutions. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities. A self-motivated, proactive approach and a full UK driving Licence.
