Build a Career That Makes a Difference

Are you passionate about people and looking to build a successful career in recruitment without the pressure of business development?

Aspire People is one of the UK's leading education recruitment specialists, partnering with hundreds of schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Candidate Resourcer to join our successful Manchester team.

This isn't just another resourcing role.

You'll work in a dedicated 1:1 partnership with one of our high-performing Recruitment Consultants, taking ownership of the candidate side of the desk while playing a key role in growing and developing an exciting area of the business. Together, you'll build a market-leading talent pool across Greater Manchester, helping schools secure exceptional staff whilst supporting education professionals in finding rewarding career opportunities.

As the desk continues to grow, so will your earning potential. This is a role that will develop and progress over time, as the business levels grow and candidate base increases, with clear milestones in place for you to aim towards.

The Role

Working alongside your Recruitment Consultant, you'll become the driving force behind attracting, interviewing and managing high-quality education professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing teachers and education support staff through job boards, social media, networking and referrals
Writing engaging recruitment adverts to attract exceptional candidates
Interviewing and assessing candidates to understand their experience, aspirations and suitability
Building strong, long-term relationships with teachers and support staff
Matching candidates to suitable vacancies across our partner schools
Managing candidate availability and maintaining regular communication
Preparing professional CVs and candidate profiles for client submission
Supporting candidates through the compliance and onboarding process
Working closely with your Recruitment Consultant to ensure vacancies are filled quickly with the very best talent
Maintaining accurate candidate records and activity using our CRM system
Attending recruitment events to help attract new talent to the pipeline
About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideally you'll have:

Previous recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
Strong organisational and administrative skills
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work with pace and urgency
A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Ambition to develop your career within recruitment

Why Aspire People?

We're proud of our collaborative, supportive culture where success is recognised, hard work is rewarded and people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

You'll benefit from:

Hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home each week)
40 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Modern Manchester city centre office, just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Victoria and St Peter's Square Metrolink
On-site gym
Reduced working hours during school holidays
Excellent long term earning potential with a clear career path
Industry-leading training and ongoing professional development
Beer Fridge Fridays
Regular team socials and incentives
Supportive, welcoming, high-performing team environment
