New Business Sales Hunter Retail Shopfitting £40k + Commission

Location: Hybrid UK National Travel (Redditch HQ)

Salary: £40,000 base + 4% commission (uncapped) Realistic OTE: £60 80k year 1, £100k+ year 2+

The Role

Recruit Now for a New Business Sales Hunter position with a fast-growing UK shopfitting manufacturer. You'll own a 60-account territory targeting major UK retailers, hotel groups, and student accommodation operators. Full sales cycle ownership: prospect mapping, discovery, surveys, ROI modelling, pilot delivery, and framework agreement closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and target 60 priority accounts (major retailers, discounters, hotel groups, student accommodation)
• Lead discovery, site surveys, and ROI modelling for fixture packages (£250k £5m)
• Coordinate internal designers and estimators to deliver quotes within 72 hours
• Secure pilot store installations and convert to regional/national roll-outs
• Forecast weekly pipeline and report to Sales Director
• Close framework agreements and drive revenue growth

About You

Must Have:

• Track record closing B2B sales deals (any sector)
• Independent, self-motivated closer
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Drive to earn serious money

Desirable:

• HubSpot CRM experience
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
• Knowledge of retail, hospitality, or procurement cycles
• Familiarity with lifecycle cost modelling
• Industry-specific background we train on shopfitting, retail, and hospitality sectors

The Package

• £40,000 base salary
• 4% uncapped commission on revenue closed (year 1 realistic: £60 80k; year 2+: £100k+)
• Car allowance
• Pension scheme
• 25 days annual leave
• Hybrid working: 2 days HQ (Redditch), 3 days field
• Progression: Clear path to Sector Head Retail within 2 3 years
