Recruit UK is supporting a well-established and growing financial planning firm in the search for a Wealth Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Administrator looking to take on a more senior position, supporting advisers with complex client cases while helping maintain a high standard of service across the administration team. Responsibilities Include: Process complex new business, policy changes, transfers, withdrawals and valuations Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners Maintain accurate client records across CRM and back-office systems Liaise with providers to resolve complex case queries efficiently Review work, share knowledge and provide support to junior administrators Ensure all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures Benefits: Salary up to £38,000 DoE Hybrid working Full or part-time considered 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service up to 30 days Performance-related bonus Private healthcare Requirements: 2 years' experience in an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or similar Wealth Management support role (Required) Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products Experience processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, transfers and ongoing servicing requests Confident using CRM and back-office systems (experience with SJP systems advantageous but not essential) If you're an experienced Wealth Administrator looking for your next step, we'd love to hear from you.
