In this varied role, you'll provide essential support to the lettings function, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. Working across lettings administration and property management support, you'll be responsible for coordinating key processes, maintaining accurate documentation and delivering an excellent service to landlords, tenants and colleagues alike. This position would suit someone with previous experience in residential lettings or property administration who enjoys working in a busy environment, has exceptional organisational skills and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the residential lettings team, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within required timescales. Manage tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move-in, preparing documentation and coordinating key milestones. Act as a central point of contact for landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors, responding to queries professionally and efficiently. Support the marketing of available properties by coordinating advertising, property details and compliance documentation.
