Customer Service Advisor

IMH Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our client based in Goole to ASAP.

This is a temporary role for 4-8 weeks, with the possibility of further opportunities for the right candidate.

Duties include:

• Answering customer calls
• Supporting customers through the onboarding process
• Handling customer queries and complaints
• Explaining products and services
• Using internal systems to update customer information
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident using computer systems
• A DBS certificate is needed for this role or willing to get one
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Able to work well as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence is highly preferred due to the location (unless you live locally)

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm.
• £13.04 per hour.
• Weekly pay via agency!
