Sales Co-ordinator - Permanent

Our client is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join their busy internal sales team based in Woking, where you will be working on a hybrid basis.

This role involves providing support to the Account Manager allowing them to spend valuable time with customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with new enquiries
• Sourcing products and liaising with suppliers
• Processing purchase orders
• Raising sales invoices after despatch
• Handling customer and supplier queries
• Updating of internal databases

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Courteous and helpful manner
• Good time management
• High level of written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
