Our client is a leading national law firm with a strong reputation within the insurance and disputes sector. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Supervisor to lead a team within its specialist recoveries practice.
This represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation lawyer with supervisory experience to move into a new and highly regarded area of law. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal role for candidates seeking a retrain from broader insurance, defendant litigation, commercial litigation or dispute resolution backgrounds.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of lawyers while ensuring the delivery of excellent client service, strong financial performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will provide technical support and guidance to fee earners, helping to drive performance and maintain high standards across the team.

What you'll need to succeed
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with litigation experience gained within insurance, defendant litigation or wider dispute resolution environments.
You will ideally have:
Candidates from recoveries, property damage, motor, professional indemnity, commercial litigation, credit hire, casualty, EL/PL or broader insurance litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
