Job Description
I am currently supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme across EMEA and I am looking for a PMO Analyst / Coordinator to join the team from September 2026.
The initial project will focus on an ECC to S/4HANA upgrade covering multiple countries
Role: PMO Analyst / Coordinator
Location: Remote within EMEA, with occasional travel to Netherlands
Duration: 12 months initially
Rate: market rate
This is a mid-level PMO support role, suited to someone with approximately 4 years of experience in project coordination, programme reporting or PMO support.
You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, PMO Lead and the implementation partner s PMO team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 experience in a PMO, project coordination or reporting rol
- Experience supporting an SAP S/4 HANA ERP or large transformation programme
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience consolidating information from multiple workstreams
- Strong attention to detail and the confidence to follow up on outstanding actions
- Working knowledge of tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira or similar
- Fluent English, with additional European languages considered an advantage
- A positive, proactive and energetic approach
