Customer Care Advisor

Location: Roach Bank Road, Pilsworth, Bury, BL9 8RY
Rate: 14.11 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - See below

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our well established client for a Customer Care Advisor to join their busy and dynamic Customer Care team based in Bury.

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to the clients professional customer base through multiple channels including:

• Telephone
• Email
• Live Chat
• WhatsApp

You will work within a fast-paced customer care environment, handling customer enquiries efficiently while ensuring accuracy, professionalism and a first-contact resolution approach.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Handle multiple customer contacts simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and external customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction and contribute towards NPS targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of product and business knowledge.
• Take ownership of personal development and performance.

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern covering the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Shift patterns include:

• 8:00am to 4:00pm
• 9:00am to 5:00pm
• 10:00am to 6:00pm

The early and late shifts rotate across the team approximately every 3 to 4 weeks.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience within a fast-paced Customer Service or Customer Care environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• The confidence to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Desirable:

• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
