Production Operative
16.48 per hour
Rotating Shifts Monday to Friday
Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a globally recognised confectionery manufacturer at their state-of-the-art facility in Estover, Plymouth.

The Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Supplying materials to production lines
- Carrying out quality inspections and checks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and hygienic
- Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets
About You
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work a rotating shift pattern of mornings and afternoons
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Keen to learn new skills and procedures
- Experienced within manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential)
