Provide expert advice and guidance to senior managers, members and colleagues on strategic property and asset management matters. Deliver the Group's Sustainability Plan, including overseeing activity relating to EPC data collection and asset performance. Liaise with Homes England regarding applications for recycled grant funding. Complete relevant regulatory returns and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Support the development and implementation of property-related policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and value for money across the Group's property assets. Leadership & Management As a manager within the Group, you will play an important role in supporting strategic goals and creating a high-performing, collaborative culture. You will be expected to: Support the Head of Growth and wider leadership team in delivering strategic objectives. Demonstrate and embed the Group's values through your leadership and decision-making. Lead, motivate and develop colleagues, adopting a positive coaching approach. Promote effective teamwork and remove organisational silos. Allocate resources effectively and ensure value for money.
