About You: Legal qualification or training (e.g. law degree, GDL, or LPC) demonstrating a solid understanding of fundamental legal principles, including English contract law. Minimum five years' experience in a contract management or commercial contracts role, ideally within the technology sector or a systems integration environment. Proven ability to negotiate and manage a range of commercial agreements, with some exposure to cross-border contracts and the complexities these present.
