What You'll Be Doing Take ownership of customer requests from enquiry through to successful completion. Prepare and manage quotations while supporting their successful conversion. Monitor live jobs, identify potential issues and proactively drive solutions. Resolve customer queries and operational challenges, taking ownership until they're fully resolved. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and develop customer relationships. Produce regular account updates and maintain accurate customer records. Work collaboratively across Operations, Engineering, Sales and Finance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys being accountable, thinks commercially and naturally takes ownership.
