Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, inconsistencies and missing information. A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Experience using project plans, spreadsheets, trackers and reporting tools. Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering outcomes rather than simply following process. Experience within housing, supported accommodation, public services, healthcare, social care or similar sectors would be advantageous, although candidates from other fast-paced environments will be considered. What's on Offer: Hybrid working arrangement (4 days per week in the Luton office, 1 day working from home).
