PERSON SPECIFICATION: Technical Sales Manager, Business Development Manager - Water Treatment, Process Equipment You'll enjoy building long-term customer relationships and be motivated by winning new business. You're commercially aware, naturally curious and keen to develop your career beyond sales, with an interest in understanding how a successful engineering business operates. Previous experience within water treatment would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates from other technical or industrial sales backgrounds who can demonstrate a consultative approach and the ambition to progress. You'll also have: A successful track record of generating new business whilst developing existing customer relationships. Experience selling engineered products, capital equipment or technical solutions into industrial markets. The ability to understand technically complex products and recommend the right solution for each customer.
