Support effective communication across ECF and NPQ programmes. Build positive working relationships with partner schools, trusts and delivery partners. Support enrolment, onboarding and programme completion processes. Prepare reports, presentations and documentation to support programme management and quality assurance activities. What you'll need to succeed An interest in education Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively to find solutions. Experience monitoring processes and producing accurate reports. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt communication styles accordingly.
