Family Solicitor - Partner Designate (Succession Route)

Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor ready to take the leap to Partner?
We're working exclusively with a well-respected, boutique family law firm in Devon, seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join as Partner Designate, ahead of the current Managing Partner's planned retirement.

This is a genuinely rare opportunity. Over the first 12 months, you'll combine fee earning as a Family Solicitor with hands-on exposure to the leadership and management of the firm, working directly alongside the Managing Partner as they prepare to hand over the reins. Rather than the usual lengthy climb to Partnership, this role offers a direct, structured route to Equity Partner status.
