We're searching for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join a growing and ambitious finance business. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex customer queries, sharing their expertise with their colleagues and playing an active role in improving service delivery.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you'll combine hands-on customer service expertise with responsibility for supporting colleagues and driving best practice across the team. You'll handle more complex account enquiries, assist with escalations and use your industry knowledge to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing complex customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Handling settlements, refinancing requests, account amendments, refunds, cash allocations, agreement unwinds and exposure calculations.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for asset finance servicing processes.
• Supporting and coaching colleagues on systems, procedures and customer service best practice.
• Assisting with onboarding and training new team members.
• Helping resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance customer outcomes and team efficiency.
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved effectively and efficiently.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in professionals who have gained experience within asset finance or a related financial services environment and are looking to step into a more senior, influential role.

We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in:

• Asset Finance
• Hire Purchase (HP)
• Leasing
• Motor Finance
• Commercial Lending
• Asset-Backed Lending
• Refinancing
• Financial Services Operations
• Customer Service or Account Management within a regulated finance environment

To Succeed in This Role, You'll Have:

• Experience within asset finance, lending, leasing or a similar financial services sector.
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, operations or client support.
• A strong understanding of customer servicing processes and regulated environments.
• The confidence to support, mentor or coach colleagues.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and customer outcomes.
