You To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you'll bring: Proven experience delivering Facilities Management or Construction projects. Experience managing contractors, project teams and multiple workstreams. HNC/HND in Building, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. A recognised health & safety qualification such as SMSTS. Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAFM systems. A full UK Driving Licence and the ability to obtain SC Clearance. What's in it for you?
