We're working with a successful and growing business in West Yorkshire that's looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Manager to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the sales function while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve processes and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales professionals.
• Driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
• Monitoring KPIs, sales performance and pipeline activity.
• Conducting regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting key customer relationships.
• Producing sales forecasts and management reports.
• Working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Creating a positive, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about developing people and enjoys leading from the front.

You'll Ideally Have:

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader position.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive and hands-on management style.
• The ability to analyse performance data and make commercial decisions.
