This is a rewarding but demanding role that requires compassion, patience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people with the most complex learning, physical and medical needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals and other support staff to ensure pupils can access learning and enrichment activities safely and comfortably.
