Sales Executive
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £35,000 + Commission + Benefits
Our client, a well-established and growing waste management business, is looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive to join their commercial team covering Cardiff and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships and winning new business. You'll play a key role in driving business growth by converting qualified leads, prospecting new customers and developing long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the commercial sector.
- Follow up and qualify inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
- Proactively chase quotations and warm sales opportunities.
- Visit businesses across Cardiff and the surrounding areas to identify new opportunities.
- Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
About You
- Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales or business development.
- Confident engaging with new customers face-to-face.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a genuine desire to succeed.
- Full UK driving licence.
