We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a specialist Children's Residential Home for young people with SEMH needs.

You'll lead and motivate the team, ensure high standards of care, safeguard children and young people, oversee care planning, maintain Ofsted compliance and help create a safe, therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Children's Residential Home.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted.
• Full UK driving licence.
