We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office. Marketing team - Belfast The Digital and Marketing Technology team implements and manages the firm's integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing communications channels. What you will do The senior assistant for marketing technology is a member of the Digital and Marketing Technology support team operating from the firm's Shared Services Centre in Belfast. The role of the senior assistant is to complete business as usual tasks sent to the team from internal stakeholders and regular tasks carried out to maintain our systems. The senior marketing technology assistant support internal stakeholders by acting as a 'go-to' across our marketing technology platforms. Providing cover for the workflow coordinators when required. Liaising with and supporting internal stakeholders, managing expectations in line with service agreements and A&O Shearman's strategic objectives. What you will have Strong experience of working with data and a good understanding of how information systems and processes work. Strong experience of data handling with an attention for detail. Excellent knowledge of Excel, and a good working knowledge of Word and Outlook. Very high attention to detail and ability to quality check own work. Experience with PowerBI and other Power apps is desirable. An ability to identify and troubleshoot issues and delegate to technical colleagues or external providers if required.
