About the Role

We are currently recruiting for reliable Production Operatives to join a market leading manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on role combining machine operation and manual duties, supporting the production process. You will be working as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating CNC and other production machinery
• Loading and unloading products from Machines
• Cutting materials to required sizes using machinery
• Assembling products accurately to job specifications
• Packing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Moving materials around the production area
• Maintaining quality standards at all times
• Following all health & safety procedures

What We re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly (preffered)
• Comfortable working with machinery and learning new processes
• Good attention to detail
• Physically capable of manual handling duties
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• looking for long term on going work
