Senior Residential Care Worker - Children's Residential Home (EBD)

Location: Leicester (LE6)

Salary: 32,760 per annum + 45 per sleep-in
OTE: 34,380- 34,920 per annum (including 3-4 sleep-ins per month)

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join a 2-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.
• Deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
• Promote positive outcomes using trauma-informed practice.
• Complete care plans, risk assessments and daily records.
• Support and mentor Residential Care Workers.
• Work in line with safeguarding procedures and Children's Homes Regulations.

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (Essential).
• Previous experience in a Children's Residential Home.
• Experience supporting young people with EBD.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
