We're looking for an experienced People Compliance Manager to strengthen our people s compliance framework across the business. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for GDPR, ethical trade compliance, employment compliance and governance activities across a large, multi-site organisation. Reporting into and working closely with the HR Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in reducing risk, driving best practice and ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct
What you'll do
About you
You'll be a proactive and commercially minded compliance professional with:
Manufacturing experience, knowledge of Sedex/SMETA and project management experience would be advantageous.
