We're looking for an ambitious Paralegal to play a key role in converting enquiries into instructions and delivering an outstanding client onboarding journey. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, preparing quotes, answering questions, managing follow-ups and giving people the confidence to trust us with one of the biggest transactions of their lives. What you'll do

• Prepare and issue conveyancing quotes
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into instructions
• Answer client queries in a clear, professional and approachable manner
• Manage the onboarding pipeline and keep matters progressing
• Support reporting and provide feedback to improve processes and client experience

Ideal background

• Paralegal, legal assistant or conveyancing experience
