What you'll be doing: Processing customer orders from start to finish Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders Managing order fulfilment and coordinating deliveries Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure orders run smoothly Booking UK and international travel and accommodation Organising meetings, exhibitions and company events Maintaining stock records and coordinating logistics Producing reports, updating spreadsheets and maintaining databases Diary management and supporting the wider sales team Providing excellent customer service via phone and email Supporting marketing activity, including email campaigns and promotional materials General office administration including post, stationery and meeting coordination Assisting with ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow What we're looking for: Previous experience within a busy administration, sales support or operations role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience using Sage would be advantageous but isn't essential Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed What's on offer: Salary up to 30,000 A genuinely varied role where every day is different Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to work for a successful international business Stable, growing company with long-term career prospects Modern office environment Monday to Friday working hours with no weekend work If you're an organised administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and wants to join a busy, friendly office where your contribution will make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
