An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established legal practice based in Wanstead.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload covering property and private client disputes, acting for both individuals and businesses.
The Role
You will deal with a broad range of contentious matters, including:
- Property disputes, including ownership, boundary and right of way disputes
- Landlord and Tenant disputes across residential and commercial matters
- Possession, eviction and lease renewal proceedings
- Probate disputes
- Inheritance claims
- Will validity claims
- Debt recovery and repayment matters
- Building disputes
- General litigation and other contentious matters
You will manage your own caseload, provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong client relationships throughout each matter.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Litigation Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
- Have experience in property and/or private client litigation
- Be confident managing a caseload with appropriate levels of autonomy
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Be comfortable working towards departmental billing targets
- Have a professional and client-focused approach
