This role will be 14 hours a week and is very flexible on how these hours are worked but office attendance is required. Part Time Finance Manager About The Role

In this role you will be solely responsible for the running of the finance function and will be reporting into the Directors. Previous experience in managing a finance function is highly desirable for this role and your key responsibilities will be:

• Preparation of quarterly management accounts including commentary.
• Prepare year-end finance information in support of the annual accounts.
• Complete and submit quarterly VAT and other returns as required.
• Manage supplier payments, ensuring invoices are approved and paid on a timely basis.
• Manage other payments including payroll, VAT and other taxes.
• Reconcile the bank account and credit card statements on a regular basis.
• Ensure financial controls are in place at all times.
• Provided information and support to directors as required.

The successful Part Time Finance Manager will have:

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Sole charge/SME experience is essential
• Experience in using Sage
• Be within commuting distance of Cranleigh
