PART TIME CUSTOMER CARE CO-ORDINATOR REQUIRED FROM SEPTEMBER!

WORKING HOURS: 9AM-1PM 4 DAYS PER WEEK

PAY RATE 15.52 P/H

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? Our client is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Coordinator to join their vibrant team on a Temp To Perm basis. This part-time position offers an hourly rate of 15.52 and the chance to play a key role in a small and friendly, fast-paced sales office environment of a mnaufacturing company in High Wycombe.

Your Mission:
As the vital link between our customers and production, you will:

• Issue works orders for factory production.
• Assist with processing orders and despatch notes.
• Support production planning and logistics efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Create and send sales and commercial invoices.
• Inform customers when their orders are ready for collection.
• Address customer quality concerns with professionalism.
• Manage general office tasks like answering calls and maintaining supplies.
• Monitor the orders inbox and update KPI and required data.
