We're currently looking for a EXPERIANCED Service Advisor for our multi-franchise site in Cardiff with an excellent customer base. This role is to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians and be the face of the business when customers come in for service and repair. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs and conducting inspections. Our Service Advisors work with customers to understand their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and liaise with our technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions. Objectives: Maximise service profitability using professional sales techniques; Maximise customers awareness of all available retailer services; Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times; Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration; Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency; To support the service desk by dealing directly with incoming phone enquiries, Concise explanation of costs to customers; Agreeing time(s) of arrival and collection; Assisting the service manager with daily standard operations; Retention of customers.
