We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team based in Epsom.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a helpful, professional service.

The Role

• Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
• Providing information and resolving customer queries
• Updating customer records and systems accurately
• Dealing with a variety of enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Working as part of a busy and supportive customer service team

About You

• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident speaking with customers
• Good IT and administration skills
• Able to work calmly in a busy environment
• Reliable, organised and approachable
