Conveyancing Legal Secretary

We have a fantastic opportunity with a well-established law firm looking to appoint a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team.

This role could potentially be based in Ashford, Gillingham, Sittingbourne or Longfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, or someone looking to take the next step in their career, to work alongside experienced legal professionals on a varied conveyancing caseload.

Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered for this role.

Typical duties include:

• Audio and copy typing of correspondence, including letters, legal forms, and quotes
• Managing and updating the firm's client case management system
• Liaising with clients and arranging appointments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files
• Handling confidential information with discretion at all times

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a Conveyancing Legal Secretary role
• Strong typing skills, with speed and accuracy
• Confident and personable communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Well organised, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
