Location: Leeds
Salary: 13.00- 14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Duration: Temporary, 2-3 months
Working: Hybrid
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a Leeds-based team on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and previous CRM experience to join a friendly team in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with new members
- Providing sales administration and aftersales support
- Working confidently with CRM systems
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
- Sending application details to clients
- Managing applications and ensuring information is processed correctly
- Handling emails and general enquiries
- Following up on applications and information as required
- Providing a high level of customer service
About You:
- Previous CRM experience is essential
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with good time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly approach
