My client is a well-established firm dedicated to providing outstanding services to its clients in its core sectors. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team based in Altrincham.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills, ideally from a Call Centre or Sales background.

Job Description for Customer Service Advisor

• Follow up with all enquiries
• Answer all emails from clients
• Assist clients on the phone
• Take detailed information with regards to cases
• Ensure that the customer journey is as smooth and efficient as possible
• Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Job Skills required for Customer Service Advisor

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential
• Highly organised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
