Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £36,000 per annum + company van, fuel card & excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent
A leading Housing Association is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join their Voids (empty properties) maintenance team in Redhill, Surrey. About the role:
You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and refrubishments across a portfolio of empty domestic properties, delivering a high-quality, efficient, refurbishment service, preparing them for the new tenants.
Key responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of property refurbishment multi trade works to prepare the property for the new tenant.

Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety legislation, compliance standards, and organisational procedures.

Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and respectful approach at all times.

Use handheld devices to record job updates, materials used, and completion details.
What we re looking for:

Proven experience in property maintenance within social housing, domestic properties, or similar environments.

Strong multi-trade skills - such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload.

Full UK driving licence.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
